Who says Revenge isn't Powerful? Dear Single Mum, Let us face a basic truth, when we are hurt unjustly, wronged or even harmed-we all have the need to have our hurt acknowledged and vindicated. We go through a period of deep emotional instability, disequilibrium, some vulnerability ,an intense embarrassment and a visible form of injustice. At this stage there is no way that this wrong can be ignored except to face it head-on. We want some sort of apology, explanation or even remorse from the other party. When this does not surface ,we face another round of disappointment. As victims in this case, we can develop some sense of entitlement in our hearts as a coping mechanism. This self-pity-party gives out some enormous energy that requires heavy maintenance to keep us in some sort of state. Maintenance in the form of stalking the offender, wishing them some sort of mis fortune /loss, perhaps a few calculated attempts at organising their epic falls or even death. Mean...
