Welcome to the Month of January. January Brings a sense of freshness to the Table because of what it represents, a start into another year. The Scriptures sets that tone of excitement about the start of many things and that is where I am going to take my cue from 1st Chronicles 27 vs 1 talks about the very many responsibilities/services that is expected of the Children of Israel as at that Time.Chapter 27 focuses on some Men that were identified as Chiefs & Captains who served the King in their Capacity as being under the Military Division. These men were divided into 12 Division of about 24,000 men under a particular course.Headed by a Captain their mission was to cover each of the 12 months of the year taking turns. The Captain of the First month of the Year during that regime was a man called JASHOBEAM.
